Directions

From the south take the A68 to Jedburgh and continue towards St. Boswells.  Just before St. Boswells turn left onto the A699 (signposted Selkirk).  After about 8 miles you will come to a sign 'Selkirk twinned with Plattling'. The turn to The Croft is just past that on the right, but it is a very steep turn from that direction so it is best to pull into the layby on your left and turn round there.

From the north take the A7 through Selkirk and then, just past the petrol station on your right, turn left onto the A699 (signposted St. Boswells).  You will pass a house on your left then, as you go round a left bend the turn-off to The Croft is on your left.

Follow the track down, going slowly because it is bumpy, and watch out for rabbits and pheasants.  Keep to the left when you come to a junction at the first house and you will come to a gravelled area where you can park.  The entrance is the white door, through the front garden.
