Step back in time to experience Selkirk as it was in the time of Sir Walter Scott, the great writer and Sheriff of Selkirkshire. On the first Saturday in December the town takes on a 19th Century atmosphere and provides a wealth of entertainment and activity. Music and drama with three town bands, costumed actors, living history, festive food and drink, Christmas gift stalls and a dazzling firework display with mulled wine all bring the Christmas spirit to life.
Here are some pictures from Scott’s Selkirk 2013.
