There are two bedrooms which are each available as single, double, twin or family rooms.
Each has a standard double bed and a small (4ft.) double, and one also has a single sofa-bed, which can be made up if required.
One has an en-suite shower room and the other has an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower.
Both rooms have central heating, radio, hairdryer, TV/DVD and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The breakfast/sitting room has patio doors leading to an outdoor seating area with a natural waterfall, pond and garden furniture.
In the morning, breakfast is served in this room and in the evening it can be used as a cosy sitting room with a log fire, TV, books and games.
There is also a comfortable reception hall with a sofa, a coffee table and a piano.
